Sara Farooq

Sara Farooq currently serves as President of Ceres Technologies and General Manager of the Atlas Copco Group, overseeing strategic direction and full P&L responsibility for a manufacturer in the semiconductor industry. Previously, Sara held roles at Materion Corporation, where responsibilities included Plant Business Leader and Business Operations Manager, focusing on organizational transformation and operational excellence. Prior experience includes leadership positions at DSM and Cornerstone Chemical Company, where Sara drove portfolio optimization and strategic capital investments. Early career experiences at Walt Disney World, Bennett Offshore, and various research roles provided a foundation in engineering and project management. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans and is pursuing an MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
