Thorsten Bochentin

Thorsten Bochentin has a comprehensive background in the naval and defense industry. Thorsten started their career in 1998 as a Naval Officer in the German Navy, where they served until 2010. During their time with the German Navy, they held various roles, including Principal Warfare Officer and Logistics Officer. In 2007, they joined the German Armed Forces as a Logistics Officer for a year. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Chief Knowledge Officer for the Naval Office, responsible for knowledge management and information technology. In 2010, they joined Atlas Elektronik, a leading naval defense contractor, as a Senior Sales Manager. Thorsten later became the Director of Business Development, focusing on the underwater warfare sector. In 2012, they also served as a Teaching Staff Officer for the Naval Tactical Centre.

Thorsten Bochentin began their education at Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg, where they pursued a Dipl.Kfm. (MS in Management) from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they focused on business networks, marketing, and public law. In 2001, they took master level courses for studies at HSU at Arizona State University, with a specialization in strategic marketing and supply chain management.

Later, in 2007, Thorsten Bochentin joined the University of Wales, Cardiff, and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance Management in 2010.

Throughout their educational journey, Thorsten Bochentin demonstrated a strong interest in business-related subjects, particularly in finance management, marketing, and supply chain management.
