Aaryan Harshith is an undergraduate researcher at the Stanford Department of Medicine, focusing on phage therapy as a solution for multi-drug resistant bacteria. Aaryan is the founder of LightIR Bio, which aims to revolutionize cancer surgeries through a light-powered surgical device. Aaryan has participated in a research fellowship at X, the moonshot factory, and served as a peer reviewer for PLoS ONE, one of the largest open-access science journals. Additionally, Aaryan has interned at Talk Social, developed NLP models at CodeDay, and worked as a legislative page in the Ontario Legislative Assembly. Aaryan is pursuing a bioengineering degree at Stanford University, having completed high school with diplomas from Lo Ellen Park High School and Bishop Smith Catholic High School.
