Kim Jackson

Kim Jackson has a diverse work experience. Kim started their career working as a Customer Service Representative at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. from May 2016 to May 2017. Kim then became a Customer Service Representative Team Lead from May 2017 to April 2018. Later, they served as an Underwriting Operations Team Leader for a brief period from April 2018 to September 2018. Following this, they were promoted to the position of Underwriting Operations Supervisor and held this role until July 2022. Currently, they work as the Manager of Underwriting Operations at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. starting from July 2022.

Before joining Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc., Kim worked as a Medical Assistant at AMITA Health from July 2013 to May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Assistant at Doctors Express Urgent Care from October 2011 to October 2012.

Kim Jackson attended Harper College from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Nursing Education. Prior to that, they enrolled at Everest College-Chicago from 2008 to 2009 and obtained a Diploma in Medical/Clinical Assistant. In addition to their educational background, Kim also holds a certification as an Insurance License - Property & Casualty Producer, which they obtained from the Illinois Department of Insurance in March 2022.
