Stefan Wesner

Stefan Wesner has a diverse range of experience in IT infrastructure and consulting. Stefan started their career at Destination Europe Resources (DER), where they worked as a Web Developer, focusing on ASP web development and desktop/workstation support. Stefan then joined New Millennium Tours, where they oversaw all IT operations as a Network Support professional.

In 2005, Wesner joined Kingsway America Inc. as a Network Administrator, responsible for network and server support. Stefan played a key role in a company-wide Active Directory integration project and deployed blade servers and virtualization efforts using VMware ESX. Wesner was later promoted to Supervisor, Infrastructure Services, where they provided support and escalation for branch offices and supervised a team of five people.

After leaving Kingsway America, Wesner founded Rubicon Technology Services, LLC in 2010. As the Owner, they provided IT consulting services to domestic and international clients, focusing on single server implementations for small businesses and building client relationships for more complex datacenter projects.

In 2011, Wesner joined Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. as an Infrastructure Services Manager. Stefan was responsible for overseeing IT operations at the company's main and branch offices, managing a team of five people. Wesner also played a crucial role in creating and evaluating technical recommendations and projects, with final decision-making authority on IT design and implementation decisions.

Throughout their career, Wesner has demonstrated their expertise in IT infrastructure management, project leadership, and client relationship building. Stefan has consistently delivered successful solutions and contributed to the growth and profitability of the companies they have worked with.

Stefan Wesner attended Purdue University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Telecommunications and Networking. During the same period from 2001 to 2003, they also obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
