Estefana L. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Estefana currently works at Atlas Governance as a Team Leader Pre Sales. In 2017, they completed a course on "Curso brigadas de emergencia" and workshops on "Sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo" and "Capacitación e inducción de manejo de equipo contra incendio," with the latter lasting one hour. In 2016, they attended a program on "Software Define Storage Infrastructure Top Gun IBM" organized by IBM.

In addition to their formal education, Estefana obtained several certifications. Estefana earned the "IBM Business Partner Storage - Enterprise Storage - Technical Advocate V1" certification in November 2020. In the same month, they also acquired certifications in "IBM Storage for Cyber Resiliency & Modern Data Protection V1," "IBM Storage for IBM Z V1," and "IBM Tape Storage Solutions Foundations V1." Prior to these, they obtained the "IBM Systems Business Partner for Enterprise Storage – Sales V1" certification in September 2020. Estefana further expanded their knowledge by completing the "Software de ventas de HubSpot" certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2021.
