Kellie Manders

Kellie Manders has a diverse work experience in various roles related to compliance and law. Kellie is currently working as the Director of Compliance and Privacy Officer at Atlas Healthcare Partners since June 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they served as Lead Director of Corporate Compliance from January 2022 to June 2022, Director of Compliance from October 2019 to January 2022, and Senior Compliance Lead from May 2017 to October 2019. Kellie also worked as the Corporate Compliance Officer at Mercy Care from May 2017 to June 2022. Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked as an Attorney at Bula Law/ Carpenter Law Firm from September 2014 to May 2017. In addition, Kellie gained experience in legal research and writing through roles such as Law School Liaison at the Health Law Section, American Bar Association, and Executive Notes and Comments Editor at Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Kellie also worked as a Lexis Associate at LexisNexis. Kellie's early career involved policy and procedure development as a Committee Member at Student Health Outreach for Wellness, and they gained legal research experience as a Senior Legal Researcher at the Public Health Law and Policy Program. Kellie also had the opportunity to work as a Summer Associate at the Office of General Counsel at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Kellie Manders completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, during the period of 2007 to 2010. Kellie then pursued further studies at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree specializing in Health Law and Genomics and Biotechnology Law from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Kellie Manders obtained two certifications from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University: a Genomics and Biotechnology Law Certificate and a Health Law Certificate, both received in May 2015.
