Dan Cromie

Dan Cromie serves as the Managing Partner at Point Cove LLC since January 2021 and has been an Operating Partner and Partner at Atlas Holdings LLC since 2002. Cromie is also the Executive Chairman of Adept Materials, a position held since April 2021. Additionally, Cromie has held various board member roles at companies such as Bridgewell Resources LLC, RedBuilt, LLC, Aludium, Soundview Paper Company LLC, Erickson Companies, Phoenix Services, and Pangborn Group over a span of years from 2006 to 2024. Cromie completed education at the University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993.
