Fritz Henderson

Fritz Henderson is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate governance and strategic leadership. Currently, Henderson serves as Operating Partner at both Atlas Holdings LLC and Atlas Innovate, and as Principal at The Hawksbill Group, which specializes in advisory services in public policy and global operations. Additionally, Henderson holds the position of Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Adient and serves as Lead Director on the Board of Directors for Marriott International. Henderson's extensive board experience includes past roles as Non-Executive Chairman at Arconic and member of the Board of Directors at Horizon Global, along with previous leadership positions as Chairman and CEO at SunCoke Energy and SunCoke Energy Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in accounting from the University of Michigan.
