Carole Bunce is a seasoned human resources and operations professional with extensive experience in the childcare and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Atlas Immersion Academy, Carole manages payroll, benefits administration, and employee experience for a diverse workforce. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer & Chief HR Officer at Atlas Immersion Academy, Director at The Children’s Garden, and Regional Director overseeing multiple educational sites. Carole's background also includes theater education and international volunteer work, as well as a strong foundation in arts management. Carole holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources from ESGRH and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Administration from ICART Bordeaux.
