Kolja Pawlas

Kolja Pawlas is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across strategy, business development, and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Associate at Atlas Metrics since October 2024, Kolja has previously held positions such as Strategy Associate at Antler, Visiting Investment Associate at Accenture as a CEMS Student Consultant, and Business Development Consultant at Malt. Earlier roles include positions at blackbear, EuroDev, and a student assistant role at the University of Groningen. Kolja also has experience as an Event Management Intern at UNCHAIN Bitcoin & Blockchain Convention, and a Corporate Communications Intern at Hirschen Group and Warner Bros. Entertainment.
