Mike Pursley has extensive experience in training management within the oil and gas industry, holding positions such as Training Manager at Patriot Research Center and FMC Technologies since June 2020 and June 2000, respectively. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of training materials, course development, and support for field operations and new business development across the Western Hemisphere. Previous roles also include Global Training Manager for Surface Wellhead at FMC Technologies and various management positions at Weir Oil and Gas, where Mike Pursley contributed to regional training initiatives and operational support. Early in the career, service technician experience was gained at Pampa Machine and Supply. Educational background includes training as a Service Technician from National Oilwell and studies at El Reno Jr. College.
