Kathleen Tan

Kathleen Tan has over 30 years of professional experience in various industries. Kathleen started their career in 1987 as a Senior Merchandiser at Sampaguita Garment Corporation. In 1996, they founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of Fruits of Life, Inc. (formerly GYT Enterprise), where they turned a failing coconut water production and distribution business into a profitable company. In 2009, they founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of Stream Entrance LLC, a professional services practice with a portfolio of 15-20 small- to medium-sized companies. In 2014, they joined Atlas Print Solutions as the Director of Operations and Director of Finance and Human Resources. During their tenure, they instituted the formal structure and discipline that enabled Atlas Print Solutions to scale and grow, culminating in a single-year increase of 30% in 2019. Kathleen also created a video to boost the company's brand image and differentiate it from competition.

Kathleen Tan completed a Master of Arts (ABD) in Child and Family Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major from Ateneo de Manila University, and Continuing Education in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Kathleen also holds certifications in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University, obtained in May 2020, and QB Pro Advisor from Intuit Accountants.
