Andrew Kwiat

Andrew Kwiat has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the real estate industry. Andrew worked at Atlas Real Estate Group from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Chief Financial Officer at Rosen Associates from 2005 to 2014, where they managed financial operations for multiple real estate entities. Before that, they were a Controller at Savitar Realty Advisors from 2004 to 2005, where they oversaw accounting and reporting for a property management company. Andrew also served as a Chief Financial Officer at Constructa Inc from 1995 to 2004, where they handled various financial responsibilities for a property management firm.

Andrew Kwiat attended the University of Florida from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Andrew then pursued further education at Florida International University from 1992 to 1995, participating in the Master of Accounting Program. In 1995, Andrew obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the state of Florida.
