Christian Thomsen

Christian Thomsen has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Christian started their career at Universidad de Chile as a Consultor Asistente in 2006. Christian joined Endesa in 2007 as an Ingeniero Analista Gerencia Comercial and worked there until 2009. Christian then joined CGE Generación S.A. as an Ingeniero Estudios from 2009 to 2010. Christian furthered their career at Empresa Eléctrica Guacolda S.A. as an Ingeniero Combustibles from 2010 to 2013. Christian then moved on to Latin America Power | LAP, where they worked as the Jefe Planificación y Regulatorio from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Atlas Renewable Energy, where they have held the positions of Commercial Manager from 2017 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Commercial Director since May 2022.

Christian Thomsen obtained a degree in Civil Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy from Universidad de Chile. Additionally, they completed a diploma in Corporate Finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2015.
