Renato Valdivia Arias

Renato Valdivia Arias has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Renato has worked as the Head of Commercial at Atlas Renewable Energy since 2017. Prior to this, they were the Director at Central Energía from 2009 onwards. Renato also worked at SunEdison, where they held multiple roles including Energy Markets & Commercialization Director, LATAM from April 2014 to February 2017 and Commercial Structuring Manager from January 2013 to April 2014. Before joining SunEdison, Renato worked as the Business Development Manager at South World Consulting from November 2010 to January 2013. Renato also worked at Endesa as an Especialista Transmisión from June 2008 to October 2010 and at ABB AB as an International Trainee from August 2005 to January 2006. Renato started their career as an Evaluador de proyectos at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they worked on social project evaluation from 2006 to 2007.

Renato Valdivia Arias completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) in Executive Education in Leadership and General Management at Harvard Business School from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Civil de Industrias with a field of study in Electricidad.
