Stephen London

Stephen London has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Stephen began their career as a bartender at Crush and was recognized for their contribution to the establishment's success. Stephen then worked as an assistant manager at The Sparrowhawk, where they oversaw daily operations, managed the bar, and was responsible for stock management and staff training. After this, Stephen worked as a general manager and bar manager at The Bagby Restaurant Group, where they led teams of servers, bartenders, and chefs. Stephen also managed inventory, designed seasonal cocktail menus, and focused on providing exceptional guest experiences. Stephen then transitioned to the Atlas Restaurant Group, serving as an assistant general manager and later as a restaurant manager, where they supervised FOH operations and supported various other locations within the group. Afterward, they joined the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group as a general manager, overseeing Modena's operations and collaborating with the executive chef to deliver a vision of hospitality. Currently, Stephen is the director of operations for the Atlas Restaurant Group, responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple establishments within the Atlas Quarter.

Stephen London received their Bachelor of Science degree in English and Creative Writing from Towson University in the years 2005 to 2009. Stephen then pursued a Master of Arts degree in English and American Literature at the University of Kent from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Stephen obtained a certification in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from TEFL International in 2009.
