Sean McKenna

Sean McKenna has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Sean has held various roles and positions in companies such as ATLAS SP Partners, Credit Suisse, Incapital LLC, Great Curve Merchant Partners LLC, C12 Global, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Skadden Arps, and Dewey Ballantine.

At ATLAS SP Partners, Sean served as the Chief Operating Officer. In their role at Credit Suisse, they were a senior member of the business development and portfolio management team, focusing on securitized products and aviation.

Sean also worked as a Managing Director at Incapital LLC, where they originated and structured deals in capital markets for financial institutions. Sean co-founded the merchant banking firm Great Curve Merchant Partners LLC, where they launched startups and executed special situations deals.

Prior to that, Sean was a partner and president at C12 Global, leading the formation of the company through a management buyout from Barclays Bank. Sean also worked at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Skadden Arps, and Dewey Ballantine in various roles related to investment banking, trading, risk management, and structured finance.

Throughout their career, Sean has been involved in deal origination, portfolio management, business strategy, market analysis, and financial modeling. Their expertise spans across various financial products and sectors, including securitizations, derivatives, lending, insurance, and asset management.

Sean McKenna earned a B.A., magna cum laude in Social Studies from Harvard College in 1988. Sean then went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained a JD in Law in 1991. Additionally, they hold a New York legal license from the New York State Bar Association and is certified in Series 7, 79, 63, and 24 by SIFMA.
