In 2019, they became a Senior Healthcare Concierge at HealthJoy, where they provided support in making better healthcare decisions to United States clients. In 2021, they became a Clinical Training Back Office Associate and Back Office Admin at Elemy, where their responsibilities included keeping track of client documentation, acting as a front-office agent substitute, tracking client attendance, administering and monitoring completion of clients clinical assessments, acquiring and sharing documents, and creating training content for the back office new-hires. Lastly, in 2022 they became a Project Coordinator at Atlas Technica and a Knowledge Management Specialist at MGID.
Maksym Liapchenko has obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the same university in 2019. Maksym is currently enrolled in a Project Management course at Simplilearn Alumni and is expected to graduate in 2022.
