Sheung-Yin Sammy Lam has worked in various roles in the IT and technology industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at Regents Sports, where they established close contacts with overseas vendors and manufacturers, conducted extensive research on competitors' pricing strategies and products variety, assisted in product lines from conception to introduction, examined product samples and quality control, and assisted in package design. In 2013, they worked as a Loss Prevention Support at PAY-O-MATIC. In 2017, they worked as an IT Specialist/Onsite IT Technician and Dispatcher at Big Idea Technology. In 2019, they worked as a Client Services (Helpdesk and On-Site Technician) at LISS Technologies. Currently, they are working as a Jr. Systems Engineer at Atlas Technica.
