Joel Allen

Joel Allen currently serves as the Director of Business Acceleration for Business & Technology Operations at Atlas Tools & Machinery, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Joel accumulated extensive experience at Scotiabank in various leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Projects Global Operations and Senior Manager, Projects, spanning from March 2001 to September 2018. Earlier in Joel's career, a research consultant role was fulfilled at an Independent Law Firm from June 2000 to March 2001. Joel holds a Bachelor of Music from Dalhousie University, an Associate’s Certificate in Business Analysis from McMaster University Centre, and multiple certificates in Website Design & Development and Architecture from Ryerson University.
