Kelly Cruse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001 as a Human Resources Intern at the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, they gained experience in prescreening applicants and evaluating interview information. Kelly then worked at Kimberly-Clark Professional as a Human Resources Associate, organizing training initiatives and promoting the Employee Assistance Program.

In 2005, Kelly joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support to various client groups and managing the Talent Acquisition process. Kelly later became a Human Resources Manager, partnering with different departments and overseeing HR functions.

Moving on to Energy Systems Group (ESG) in 2012, Kelly served as a Director of Human Resources, responsible for the HR relationship with the leadership team and contributing to ESG's strategic direction. Kelly was later promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, further expanding their responsibilities.

Most recently, Kelly joined Atlas as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer. Kelly brings their expertise in HR and diversity to the position, continuing their contributions to organizational success.

Kelly Cruse attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in BBA Marketing, Management, and Human Resources. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Murray State University. Kelly also holds a certification in SHRM-SCP from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
