Shane Moore

Shane brings to Atlas over 14 years of experience in nearly all aspects of the vineyard management business. After obtaining a BA in Business, with a minor in Spanish, he accepted a role with Northwest Vineyard Service (NVS) as their Office Manager. Putting his business and Spanish skills to use, he quickly became an integral part of the company operations working with the farming, client relations, human resources, safety, and compliance. To build upon his hands-on learning with the company, he completed coursework through Chemeketa Community College’s Vineyard Management Program. In 2014 he became the General Manager at NVS, overseeing all company operations. He currently sits on Chemeketa’s Wine Studies Advisory Committee, as well as the Salud Service Advisory Committee.

With Atlas’ acquisition of NVS at the end of 2019, Shane became the Oregon Regional Operations Manager. His focus is to continue the quality the team is known for, in providing management services for Sustainable, Organic, Bio Dynamic, and Conventional farming systems.
