Peter Li

Peter Li has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on M&A, asset finance, and corporate commercial matters. Peter has held various positions such as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Head of Legal, and Corporate Counsel at multiple companies including Seaspan Corporation and Atlas Corp. Prior to their current roles, Peter worked as an Associate at DLA Piper, where Peter specialized in secured lending and corporate M&A. Peter also has experience as a Foreign Legal Consultant at King & Wood Mallesons, working on cross-border financing and M&A transactions. Peter completed their J.D. at the University of Alberta and holds a B.Sc. in Cell Biology and Genetics, along with English Literature, from The University of British Columbia.
