Harsh Khanna

Harsh Khanna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and payroll management. Harsh is currently working as the Director Global Payroll at Atlas since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager Global Payroll at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES from February 2020 to February 2022. Harsh also held the position of Payroll Service Delivery Manager at the same company from April 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES, Harsh was the Manager HR Operations - APAC from April 2018 to March 2019 and the Manager HR Operations - India from November 2017 to March 2018. Harsh had a brief stint as the Human Resources Business Partner at BRINDCO from April 2017 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Harsh worked as an HR Business Partner at Rossell Hospitality (A Division of Rossell India Limited), KEBAB EXPRESS from October 2015 to March 2017. Harsh also served as a Deputy Manager HR at Ayurvet Limited from November 2011 to September 2015. Their initial experience in the field began at VIBES Healthcare Ltd, where they worked as a Generalist HR from December 2006 to October 2011.

Harsh Khanna has a diverse education history. Harsh started their academic journey in 2000 at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, where they completed their schooling with a focus on science. Harsh then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Harsh expanded their knowledge in the field of human resources by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, specializing in law, from 2011 to 2014. Finally, in 2013, Harsh gained a Certification in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Through their varied educational experiences, Harsh has developed expertise in human resources development, law, and science.
