Leonard Muñoz Rodríguez has a varied work experience. Leonard started their career at Compuinformática S.A. in 2012, where they worked as a Technical Customer Support representative, providing customer service and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Leonard also coordinated and supervised work groups during new store openings and technology projects.

In 2018, Leonard joined Walmart as a Project Analyst, responsible for technology project deployments and analyzing new project proposals. Leonard later took on the role of Applications Analyst, overseeing the deployment of regional technology projects and acting as a technical leader and trainer for the FlexPOS software technology in Central America.

In 2018, Leonard also interned at the International Cooperation Unit of the Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Telecomunicaciones de Costa Rica, where they performed administrative assistant tasks and assisted in creating databases and country profiles for potential international cooperation strategies.

Most recently, Leonard worked at Amazon as an Investigation Specialist on the Report Abuse team. In this role, they analyzed and prevented fraud through ticket analysis and response, implemented corrective actions against commercial abuses, and protected customers through the use of various tools.

In 2022, Leonard joined Atlas as an IT Support Engineer, where their responsibilities include providing support for technical issues.

Leonard Muñoz Rodríguez's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2018, Leonard attended the Universidad Internacional de las Américas where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, focusing on Political Sciences and Government.

In 2019, Leonard enrolled at the Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano and studied Advanced English, achieving a B2 Level proficiency.

In 2020, Leonard began studying at the Universidad Nacional, pursuing a degree in International Cooperation Administration and Management for Development. Their field of study consisted of International Relations and Foreign Affairs.

During the same period, in 2021, Leonard also underwent a program in Formulation and Evaluation of Projects at CENECOOP. This program specialized in project management.
