Ray Dile

Ray Dile is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the PEO and HRO industries. Currently serving as CEO of Pathway Strategies since July 2013, Ray Dile leads a premier advisory and talent development firm dedicated to helping business leaders achieve revenue goals through expert guidance and training. In addition to the CEO role, Ray Dile is a Board Member at Atlas, and has held significant positions such as Chief Revenue Officer at AlphaStaff and CoAdvantage, and Senior VP of Sales & Marketing at Advantec. Previous roles also include Vice President at TeamStaff and President at a Professional Employer Organization. Ray Dile has contributed to the industry as Conference Marketing Chair for HR Florida State Council, Inc. and is an alumnus of Baylor University.
