Richard Deyo

Richard Deyo has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in human resources. Richard currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Product Strategy & Operations at Atlas. Prior to joining Atlas in 2022, Richard spent over 20 years at Firmenich, where they held various HR roles including HR Director, Operations and Senior Director of Human Resources for North America. Throughout their career at Firmenich, Richard also held positions as HR Director, Global Rewards; HR Associate Director, Rewards; HR Associate Director, Operational Excellence - Americas; HR Manager, Operational Excellence; HR Project Specialist; and HRIS Specialist. Richard's work experience spans across different functions and responsibilities within the HR field.

Richard Deyo pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Hartford from 1996 to 2000. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology during this period.
