Rudra Kaushik

Rudra Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rudra started their career in 2013 as a Senior Technical Sales Consultant at iYogi Inc. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Member at Innovate Delhi Entrepreneurship Academy. From 2015 to 2018, Rudra worked at British Airways as a Line Trainer, focusing on soft skills and language training for operations staff. In 2018, they joined Personiv as an Assistant Manager Training, where they handled various roles such as client engagement, digital marketing operations, and business software solutions. Rudra also served as a Training Lead for offshore sites and facilitated learning and development requirements. Rudra then moved on to Great Learning in 2020, where they worked as an Assistant Manager - Training until 2021. Rudra subsequently joined Leverage Edu as a Manager - Training and ended their tenure there in 2022. Currently, Rudra is working as a Learning & Development Specialist at Atlas.

Rudra Kaushik attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2010 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study at that time.
