Bassam Salem

Bassam Salem is currently the CEO of AtlasRTX, a Mindshare Venture. Prior to this, they were the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Utah Technology Council from June 2015 to January 2020. From November 2014 to April 2016, Salem was the Chief Operating Officer for InMoment, and they were responsible for bringing together the operations of two companies, Maritz Research and Allegiance Technologies, which resulted in the creation of MaritzCX. Salem has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for NICE CXone from March 2010 to November 2014. During their time with NICE CXone, they were responsible for overall revenue growth and nearly half of the 500+ employees. Under Salem's leadership, the team accelerated revenue growth from single digits in 2010-2011 to nearly 40% in 2013. Bassam also reduced revenue and customer attrition rate by 50% to under 8% on an annualized basis.

Bassam Salem has a MPhil in Computer Science from the University of Utah, an MBA in Management of Technology from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Utah, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
