Aaron Kleiner

Aaron Kleiner currently serves as the Head of Public Policy for the US and EU at Atlassian, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Head of Global Government Affairs and Public Policy at Unity Technologies from June 2021 to December 2023. Aaron's extensive experience at Microsoft from May 2011 to June 2021 includes serving as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for Privacy and Regulatory Affairs, Director of Digital Diplomacy, and Senior Cybersecurity Strategist. Earlier in the career, Aaron worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce from August 2006 to February 2011 as an International Trade Attorney, Presidential Management Fellow, and International Trade Specialist. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies from Harvard Kennedy School (2014), a Doctor of Law (JD) in International & Comparative Law from the University of Washington (2006), a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington (2000), and studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1998-1999).
