Aidan Cunniffe is a Principal Product Manager for the Compass API Platform at Atlassian since April 2024, following the acquisition of Optic, a startup founded by Cunniffe in May 2018 that developed open-source tools for API documentation and design quality. Prior to Atlassian, Cunniffe served as Co-Founder and CEO of Dropsource, a mobile app development platform, and as CEO of Queue Software, an app studio created during college. Initial work as a self-employed developer began in 2009, providing app and website development services. Cunniffe attended Syracuse University, studying Entrepreneurship at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
