Allison White

Allison White currently serves as the Distributed Work Intervention Lead for Atlassian's Team Anywhere Lab, focusing on designing and conducting experiments to enhance the effectiveness of distributed teams. Prior to this role, White held positions at Humu as a Senior Behavioral Scientist, where research-backed recommendations were provided to influence user behavior. In previous roles, White led research projects at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University, conducted behavioral science audits at Irrational Labs, and contributed as a Senior UX Design Consultant at Deloitte, refining user experience through collaborative design processes.
