Ben Ostrowski

Ben Ostrowski is a Lead Behavioral Scientist specializing in AI and collaboration at Atlassian, where they lead research initiatives to shape the future of work through data-driven insights. Previously, Ben worked as a Behavioral Scientist at Humu, designing interventions for SaaS products, and as a User Experience Researcher at Duolingo, focusing on UX research for new features. Ben holds a PhD and MS in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Psychology from Brown University. They also co-founded SCORE, a nonprofit organization advocating for equitable policy in Southeastern Connecticut, where they played a key role in its operations and fundraising efforts.
