Cat Rutledge Jones

Cat Rutledge Jones currently serves as Sales Manager for ANZ at Atlassian, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Cat was a member of Pavilion, a private membership for high-growth operators, starting in June 2021. From April 2017 to July 2023, Cat held the role of Head of APAC Sales at Enboarder, a company focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational connection. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Dropbox from July 2015 to April 2017, as well as roles as a Mid Market Account Executive and Consultant at Randstad Australia and TEKsystems, respectively. Cat earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
