Christine Oliver

Christine Oliver currently serves as the Head of Recruiting for R&D at Atlassian, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Christine spent over 13 years at Meta, progressing from a Recruiting Manager to Sr Director, where responsibilities included overseeing global technical recruiting for software engineering, particularly in AI/ML and remote hiring strategies. Christine's tenure at Meta also involved launching the Toronto engineering office and expanding hiring efforts across various U.S. regions. Earlier experience includes working as a Professional Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, focusing on infrastructure professionals and mentoring recruiters.
