David Mizzi

David Mizzi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR strategy, having held prominent roles at companies such as Atlassian and Fuji Xerox Australia. As the Global Head of Employee Relations at Atlassian, David established and led a global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, managing a distributed team and partnering with senior leaders on complex issues across multiple regions. Prior to this, David was the Head of Employment Relations & HR Enablement for Asia Pacific, where leadership included developing HR solutions across diverse markets. David's earlier positions include HR leadership roles at Snack Brands Australia, Parramatta Mission, and Imperial Tobacco, with a strong focus on strategic partnership, negotiations, and project delivery. David holds an MBA from Western Sydney University and has completed the Foundations of Directorship program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
