Ian Zurzolo

Ian Zurzolo serves as the Senior Director of Sustainability Governance & ESG at Atlassian since November 2023, overseeing ESG reporting, sustainability governance, and stakeholder engagement for the global software company. Previously, Ian held roles including Senior ESG Manager at VMware, ESG Consultant at Uber, and Corporate Responsibility Consultant for Canopy, contributing to significant improvements in ESG strategies, reporting, and stakeholder relations. Ian's early career includes positions such as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at WorldStrides and Program Manager roles at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and the Clinton Foundation, focusing on health outcomes and corporate responsibility initiatives. Ian holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability & Business from USC Marshall School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies from The American University of Rome.
