Jennifer Fish

Jennifer Fish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product marketing and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Atlassian since July 2022, Jennifer focuses on demonstrating the value of Atlassian's IT service management technology to enterprise clients in health, finance, and transportation sectors. Prior roles include Product Owner for ServiceNow at Kaiser Permanente, where Jennifer successfully managed IT service management practices, and various consulting positions at Effective Technologies, BMC Software, and Remedy Corporation. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors Engineering and Experimental Psychology from Texas Tech University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
