Jessica Swetin

Jessica Swetin is an accomplished leader in employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Team Everyone at Atlassian since February 2024, Jessica develops strategic visions to ensure employee empowerment and engagement, aligning initiatives with organizational goals for measurable impact. Previously, at Amazon from April 2013 to June 2023, Jessica held various leadership roles, including Head of DEI Engagement and Belonging within Worldwide Amazon Stores, focusing on talent development and innovative employee retention strategies. Other significant roles include leading the DEI Center of Excellence for Worldwide Operations and managing communications in Engineering Excellence. Early career experiences include management positions at the Greater Seattle Business Association, Jenny Craig, and the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center. Jessica holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Diego.
