Joel Bernstein

Joel Bernstein is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, success operations, and finance. Currently serving as the SVP of Sales & Success Operations at Atlassian since February 2025, Joel previously took a career break from April 2023 to February 2025. Prior to that, Joel held several key roles at SAP, including CFO of Customer Success and Head of Global Finance, as well as CFO for Global and North America & Latin America operations, focusing on business strategy and sales operations. Joel began the career in audit at Laventhol & Horwath and PwC, where responsibilities included coordinating audits and financial analysis for major multinational companies. Joel holds a degree from Wilkes University.
