Lauren Lea

Lauren Lea is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the APAC Talent Acquisition Team Leader for Engineering, Data, Product & Design, as well as Technical Program Management at Atlassian since January 2021. In this role, Lauren leads recruitment teams to attract top talent across the APAC region. Previously, Lauren held dual leadership roles at Atlassian for G&A (Business) and Customer Support, focusing on diverse functions such as Cloud & Server Support and Finance. Prior to joining Atlassian, Lauren led the Talent Acquisition function for WeWork Australia, managing recruitment strategies on a national and APAC scale, and held a managerial position at Hays overseeing Marketing & Digital recruitment. Early career experience includes legal roles at Gordons LLP and Walker Morris, complemented by a degree in Media Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
