Lindsay Stanton currently serves as the Global Head of Culture, Growth & Innovation at Atlassian since April 2025, while also operating as an Executive & Leadership Coach at LC Stanton Coaching since January 2021, specializing in public speaking and team effectiveness. Previously, Lindsay was with Google from January 2017 to April 2025, holding various leadership roles, including Head of Executive Leadership and Innovation Programs, where legacy executive programs were revitalized, and Head of Nonprofit Growth & Innovation, leading a successful restructuring of the nonprofit ads business. Additionally, Lindsay co-created a master's course on managing complexity in diverse organizations as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California from January 2022 to January 2024.
