Matthew Smith is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and digital operations. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Engineer in ITSM at Atlassian since October 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Digital Operations at Modus Create, leading a global consulting team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
