Muthukumar Rajamani

Muthukumar Rajamani is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations, currently serving as Head of Design for Support and Core Design Services at Atlassian since October 2025. Muthukumar has been mentoring startups as a UX Mentor for Google Launchpad since February 2015, guiding over 355 startups globally and conducting training programs and workshops. Prior experience includes leading design teams at Freshworks as Head of Design for the platform and serving as Product Design Leader for Webex at Cisco, where Muthukumar managed high-performing teams in India and South Korea. Earlier positions include founding the Cisco Bangalore UX team and work as an Interaction Designer at Sun Microsystems. Muthukumar holds a BS in Visual Communication Design from the University of Madras and has studied at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
