Noelle Makhoul-Intlekofer

Noelle Makhoul-Intlekofer currently serves as a Senior People Insights Partner at Atlassian since April 2025. Prior to this role, Noelle held various positions at Meta from April 2017 to April 2025, including Senior Analytics Business Partner and Analytics Business Partner in People Analytics, as well as a Recruiting Coordinator. Noelle's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager in the US Army from February 2011 to July 2021, overseeing construction projects aimed at enhancing base defense and quality of life for military personnel. In the private sector, Noelle worked as a Technical Recruiter at MAQ Software from January 2015 to March 2016. Noelle earned a Master's Degree in Applied Psychological Methods from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Fordham University.
