Phil Oye

Phil Oye is an accomplished product and user experience leader with a diverse background in digital design and strategy. They began their career as a Human Factors Specialist at PureSpeech and progressed to roles including Interaction Designer at MAYA Design and Manager of User Experience at Sapient, where they led design teams for high-profile clients. As a founding partner of Moment, Phil contributed to the firm’s growth, and later held multiple product management positions at Atlassian, focusing on teamwork and service management platforms. Phil is also the founder of Labcoat HQ, where they designed an innovative web solution for product teams. They earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
