Renato Galindo is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prestigious organizations. At Atlassian, from September 2019 to September 2024, Renato served as Senior Manager UX for both Trello and Confluence, where responsibilities included leading UX teams, driving growth-focused strategies, and enhancing design quality while facilitating career development. Previous roles at PayPal involved managing innovative design processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. As Product Design Manager at Xoom Corporation, Renato ensured the design organization's operational efficiency. Renato also contributed to academia as a UX professor at Universidad Galileo.
