Sarah Atkinson

Sarah Atkinson is an experienced leader in design operations and agile transformation, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Design Ops at Atlassian since March 2019. Previously, Sarah co-founded Pragmateam, where responsibilities included leading Agile Transformation and Product Delivery engagements. Additional roles include strategic positions at the Special Broadcasting Service, Digital Transformation Office, Hey You App, and Telstra Digital, all during which Sarah provided strategies for scaling and transformation on behalf of Pragmateam. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Agile Capability and Operations at Commonwealth Bank and General Manager of Operations & Delivery at Massive Interactive. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical and Computer Science from Adelaide University.
