Soowon Lee has extensive experience in solution engineering and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Solution Engineer at Atlassian since October 2025. Prior to this role, Soowon Lee worked at Zendesk from August 2018 to October 2025, first as a Solution Consultant and then as a Senior Solutions Consultant. Earlier experience includes a position in technical support at KOYOUNG TECHNOLOGY from January 2015 to July 2018, and service as a Military Security Officer and International Desk Officer in the ROK Navy from September 2011 to December 2014.
